Nova Care Group

Nova Care Group provides person-centred, trauma-informed care for young people under 25 with complex needs. Through tailored placements and dedicated support teams, it offers consistent, round-the-clock care, helping young people build trust, stability and confidence to shape their own futures.

Forces Transition Group

Forces Transition Group (FTG) supports Service Leavers, Veterans, Spouses, Partners and Siblings of the Armed Forces and Blue Light Services as they navigate transition and build their next chapter.

Through free CV support, LinkedIn and interview development, transition workshops, employer engagement, live and online job fairs and a growing network of employers, training providers, and community organisations, FTG helps people understand their value and connect with meaningful opportunities.

But transition is about more than employment. Identity, purpose, wellbeing, and community all matter. By collaborating with organisations such as Save A Warrior UK, FTG helps create a wider support network, so people do not have to navigate transition, or its challenges, alone.

Blue Light Transition

Blue Light Transition

Blue Light Transition helps police leavers move into rewarding careers in the private sector. It was founded by former Metropolitan Police Detective Inspector Janet Barr and her son Tommy Jones, formerly of the Financial Times. Together, they combine first-hand knowledge of policing with real commercial experience.

They understand how daunting leaving the job can feel, so they support officers every step of the way. That means translating policing experience into a CV employers understand, preparing for interviews and making introductions to companies that value what officers bring.

Blue Light Transition is not a recruitment agency. In the last 15 months, more than 70 police leavers have landed roles through its programme.

We met Blue Light Transition at an FTG Live event and struck up a great conversation. We look forward to continuing this conversation and helping more Blue Light service personnel through our programme and by referring men and women to their service.
